How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including the RA number inside the package.
  4. Shipping: Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
